Returns

We want you to be absolutely in love with your purchases! However we understand that online shopping doesn’t always go to plan, so these simple steps and tips are here to help.

By processing your payment and completing your order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase. 

Returns Policy

  • We offer a Store Credit (valid for 3 years) for the below items returned within 14 days of you receiving them.
  • Merchandise must be returned in their original unworn and unwashed state.
  • Merchandise must have original garment and swing tags still attached.
  • All Footwear returns must include original packaging, including Shoe Box. Please note, the Shoe Box cannot be used as a postal box and requires its own postal packaging.
  • Clearance/Sale items purchased from our 'CLEARANCE' page cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Jewellery, Hats, Books, Body products and Homewares cannot be returned.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and the item’s arrival.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns beyond the return policy period limit or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

How to Return

  • Returned purchases must include a completed Returns Form
  • A copy of Proof of Purchase must be enclosed: Tax Invoice or Order Confirmation email
  • All returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us. Therefore, we strongly recommend sending with a tracking number and signature on delivery.
  • If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping as part of your return
  • Upon safe receipt of your returned unused item, we will inspect the item before advising you by email that it has been processed. A Credit will be provided to you by Email.
  • If you require an alternate size, contact us as soon as possible to have us hold your size if still available. For this option, we request that we receive the return within 7 days of you receiving. Once we receive your item back we will send out the new size at your expense.

Items purchased online may also be returned instore. The same returns conditions apply.

Faulty Items

We aim to represent and dispatch quality garments only. However, if you believe the item you have received is faulty, please follow the below steps:

  1. Please advise us within 7 days of receipt of the faulty item, to allow us to resolve the matter quickly and have the item replaced for you where possible. Contact us via info@bohobungalow.com.au with the following:  Order Number, Name, Address, Item at Fault, Description of Fault, and Photographic Evidence. Please note, refunds cannot be guaranteed without this.
  1. We will aim to review your claim within 3 business days. Please be aware it is at the discretion of the company to deem an item faulty.
  2. You will need to return the item to us in its original and unwashed condition, including original packaging and tags. You will need to include a printed and completed Returns Form
  3. We will supply you with Prepaid Shipping and require you to return the item securely and immediately.
  4. We must receive Faulty items within 14 days of you receiving the delivery.
  5. Upon safe receipt, we will then Refund or Credit you with any shipping costs and the cost of the item.
